普通低碳钢奥氏体晶粒细化及其对变形强化相变铁素体晶粒尺寸的影响 被引量:7

摘要 研究了普通低碳钢奥氏体晶粒的细化及其对形变强化铁素体晶粒尺寸的影响。结果表明 :通过在奥氏体区进行低温 (85 0℃ )较大变形 ,奥氏体晶粒尺寸可细化至约 10 μm。奥氏体晶粒尺寸对形变相变后的铁素体晶粒尺寸产生影响。奥氏体晶粒细小 ,则铁素体晶粒细小且均匀。 Austenite grain refinement and its influence on the ferrite grain size of strain-enhanced tranformation for plain low carbon steel have been studied. The results show that austenite grain can be refined to 10?μm by applying heavy deformation at temperature 850?℃ and size of austenite grain has influence on the ferrite grain size of strain-enhanced transformation. The smaller the austenite grain size is, the smaller and more homogeneous the ferrite grain size will be. However the influence is weakening with down fall of the deformation temperature.
