摘要
通过对D—T5 2电镀锡板化学成份、性能的设计及对生产工艺条件的改进 ,开展了多次工业试制。结果表明 :所设计的化学成份和工艺规程合理 ;D—T5 2电镀锡板的力学性能基本达到设计要求 ;D—T5 2镀锡板各项性能均达到《GB 2 5 2 0 - 88》规定的指标 ;试制产品经用户试用 。
Industrial scale trials have been conducted by designing the chemical compositions and process parameters and improving the process conditions of D—T52 electrolytic tinplate.Results show that the designed chemical compositions and process specification are acceptable and the mechanical properties of the D—T52 electrolytic tinplate have reached design require ments and other properties of the products conform to standard 《GB 2520-88》. Actual use of the trial produce by customers proves that they can basically meet the requirements of customers for the canning material.
