摘要
安钢炼铁厂通过引进、消化技术 ,对原有的热风炉进行了系统的改造 ,改造后热风炉蓄热面积由原来 6 0~ 80m2 /m3 提高到 95~ 10 9m2 /m3 ,热风温度由原来的 90 0℃~ 10 0 0℃提高到 110 0℃ ,极大地促进了炼铁生产。同时 ,在技术的消化吸收中 ,积累了丰富的经验 。
The heat storage area of the revamped hot blast stove at the Ironmaking Plant of Anyang Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. has been extended from the original 60~80?m 2/m 3 to 95~109?m 2/m 3 and the hot blast temperature raised to above 1100?℃ from 900~100?℃ since the revamp of the hot blast stove system in the Plant by means of introduction and digestion of the advanced technologies, thus greatly promoting the ironmaking productivity of the Plant.
