摘要
无机填料用羧基丁苯胶乳、铝酸酯偶联剂DL—411—A等表面改性后,与CPE并用,共混改性硬质PVC制品,产生有效的协同效应。体系缺口冲击强度比单用同份数CPE增韧PVC还高,拉伸强度同时得到补偿。
The filler has been modified by means of the carboxyl styrene-butadiene latex, aluminate coupler, etc., and the active filler and CPE as modifier of R-PVC have some cooperative effect. The modified R-PVC has good properties: its impact strength is higher than the toughened PVC only with the same part of CPE (small part of CPE), and its tensile strength is compensated simultaneously.
