摘要
ECSS工程化学模拟系统是由化学工程,应用化学、系统工程、计算方法和计算机软件等学科理论在微机上实现的大规模化工流程模拟软件。利用ECSS可方便准确地进行过程及设备的模拟计算,完成过程设计、经济评价、模拟调优等多项任务。本文详细论述了ECSS新版本V2.10的系统结构、功能和特点,介绍了ECSS在化工过程设计、开发、评价、模拟与分析中的应用情况,对ECSS的进一步完善与发展提出了新的设想。
Engineering Chemistry Simulation System (be called 'ECSS'for short) is a large-scale chemical process simulation software which is realized in a micro-computer by combining the theory of chemical engineering, applied chemistry, system engineering and mathematical method with computer software. It is accurately and conveniently to simulate the processes and equipments to fulfil tasks such as process design, economics estimation, simulation and optimization etc. The system structure, functions and characters of ECSS new version 2.10 are discussed and the cases using ECSS in chemical process designing, developing, estimating, simulating and analyzing are intruduced in this paper. The new ideas how to improve and develop ECSS further are suggested.
