摘要
对生铁中硅的测定方法进行改进 ,选用稀 H2 SO4-HNO3混合酸溶样 ,采用硅钼蓝光度法 ,在保持测定方法具有良好的灵敏度、结果具有良好的准确度和稳定性的基础上 ,提高了分析速度 ,实现了低硅和高硅试样采用同一种方法进行测定的目标。
The determining method of silicon for pig iron has been improved.Selecting the m ixed acid with dilute sulfuric acid-nitric acid to dissolve the sample,using si licomolybdenum blue photometry,on the basis of having a good sensitiveness keep i ng this method and having a good present of accuracy and stability of the result ,the analyzing speed has been increased,and the goal using the same method to de termine for the samples of higher silicon and lower silicon contents has been re alized.
