摘要
结节病多累及肺部 ,主要靠影像学、纤支镜肺泡灌洗及经纤支镜肺活检等技术来诊断及判定预后。本文就上述问题做一综述。同时指出 ,结节病是一种病因未明的多系统受累的非干酷坏死性肉芽肿疾病。随着X -may、CT、MRI、TBLB、BAL等检查的进一步完善和发展 。
Sarcoidosis is a kind of necrotizing granulomatosis, which often involves in lung. At present, it is cured with iconography, BALF, TBLB. People will have more knowledge about it under x-ray, CT, MRI,TBLB, and BAL development.
