摘要
在详细分析感光胶片卷绕过程中张力形成的基础上，提出了用单片机实现闭环控制，实现张力的准确、实时、在线控制的方案。
On the basis of analysing cause for tension of coating machine. The article put forward a new design scheme. It is that single-chip-microprocessor is used to control the ten sion automaticaly, Including tension measurement, computer closed ring control, to realise on-line, real-time, precise tension control.
