摘要
介绍了一个效率高、实用性强的基于实例和知识的CAD/CAP集成系统。本系统基于STEP文件,CAPP系统直接获取CAD中的零件设计信息,实现了CAD、CAPP系统的信息集成与共享,从而在完成零件工作图设计的同时,能产生该零件的加工工艺过程,缩短了零件设计加工周期。零件的加工工艺过程既可以通过对已存在的实例零件进行变异设计,也可以用专家系统进行创成设计。本文讨论了系统的总体结构、信息集成方法和实例提取算法。
An integration system of CAD/CAPP based on case and knowledge is introduced in this paper,The system having high efficiency and practicality makes it possible to get the CAD/CAPP system share integrated product data, CAPP system can get directly the design information of machine parts from CAD system by means of STEP file, thus While finishing working graph design for a part,it produces the part processing procedures, shortens design and processing periods. The process planning of a part can be obtained through the variation of that of a practical case already existing, or it may be carried out through the expert system. The global structure of this system and information integration as well as case obtaining are discussed.
