摘要
本工作以MoO_2Cl_2为主催化剂,(i-Bu)_2AlO为助催化剂,加氢汽油为溶剂,研究了该催化体系催化合成1,2—聚丁二烯的活性,并就聚合条件与单体转化率、聚合物的分子量、分子量分布及微观结构之间的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,MoO_2Cl_2以乙酸乙酯作增溶剂时,该催化体系具有较高的催化活性,在Mo/Bd=2×10^(-4)。50℃下聚合5小时,单体转化率可达95%以上,分子量在100万以上,分子量分布指数为2左右,1,2—链节含量在85%以上。
The polymerization activity of the synthesis of 1, 2-Polybutadiene by the system with MoO_2Cl_2 as main catalyst and(i-Bu)_2 AlO-O-CH_3 as co-catalyst has been investigated,and the influences of the polymerization conditions on the monomer conversion, the polymer molecular weight, the molecular weight distribution and the microstruture have been studied. Experimental results have shown. The catalyst system presented high activity if ethyl acetate was used as a solubilizing agent, The conversion of 95% was obtained under the polymerization condition: of Mo/Bd = 2×10^(-4), 5 hours and 50℃. The molecular weight Mw of the polymer was above 1 million, the molecular weight distribution index approximately 2 and the 1, 2-unit content higher than 85%.
