摘要
丁苯橡胶和高密度聚乙烯共混,用动态硫化法制热塑性弹性体是切实可行的。采用高温炼塑机制造这种热塑性弹性体,硫化剂要在低温炼橡胶母胶时加入。通过橡塑配比及配合剂的适当选择,可以使所得的弹性体在常温下具有橡胶的低硬度、高伸长率和塑料的高强度,高温下挤出性能好。
Thermoplastic elastomers prepared from polystyrene-butadine rubber (SBR) blended with high density polyethylene (HDPE) by dynamic vulcanization are available. During the process of preparing the elastomers, the sulphur is added to the rubber in the open roll at low temperature before blending. The blend ratio and the guantities of several additives are deliberate. The elastomers thus prepared may be of low hardness, high elongation and high tensile strength. And their ertrusive properties at high temperature are excellent.
