摘要
运用模糊规划方法 ,综合控制变压器分接头和并联电容器组的投切 ,实现配电站的无功和电压的实时监控。通过推导二次母线电压V2 的方程 ,建立各物理量间的相互关系 ,根据控制目的建立各物理量的隶属函数和模糊目标函数 ;运用模糊规划算法探索调控策略 ,使系统在不正常工作状态时能恢复正常 ,同时使二次侧电压和无功功率尽可能满足用户的期望。
A fuzzy programming approach is used for the combined control of load tap changer and switching over shunt capacitors bank to solve the real time Var/Voltage control in a distribution substation. By developing the equation of the secondary bus voltage, the membership functions of variables and the object function are established. By using the fuzzy programming approach,the operation policy is obtained to make the reactive power and the secondary voltage satisfy the users as well as possible.
