摘要
为了减少数控机床的故障停机时间 ,提高数控机床的维护水平 ,自行研制和开发了“数控机床维护及故障分析软件”。该软件采用面向对象的设计方法 ,建立了生动、活泼、友好的人机界面 ,实现了文件管理、故障查询 ,并提供解决方案的技术支持 ,故障库和知识库的知识的获取 ,规则库的生成 ,数控机床日常维护知识、工厂的设备管理、现场的设备维修管理、数控机床电器故障模式和维修时间统计等主要功能。其良好的开放性为进一步的开发利用提供了基础。
In order to shorten the down time of NC machine tool malfunction ,and improve the NC machine tool maintenance level, the software of maintenance and malfunction analysis on NC machine is developed.The system includes an active friendly interface, file management, the malfunction query and the related solutions , a database with the malfunction knowledge and rules management, the daily routine maintenance knowledge , the facilities management, and the statistic module about the malfunction modes and maintenance time by using the object oriented technology. The favorable opening system can be extended to further application.
