摘要
卷筒用鼓形滚柱联轴器是一种用于起重机起升机构的新型联轴器 ,但在设计其直接受力件鼓形滚柱时缺乏有关资料。本文介绍根据国外公司联轴器产品的反求设计结果和运动分析 ,推导出不同于文献〔2〕的鼓形滚柱表面圆弧半径R的设计公式 ,联轴器工作时沿径向载荷方向的间隙δ及其变动量 ,并据此推断可能仅有少数滚柱承受径向载荷的结论。
The barrel shaped roller coupling for drum is a new type coupling,which is mainly used in lifting mechanisms of cranes.But the data concerning the design of barrel shaped roller is in shortage in many factories.Based on the Reverse Design′s results and motion analysis on couplings from German company MALMEDIE,the formulae of the radius R of roller′s arc surface and the working clearance δ of the coupling along the radial load direction are derived,and the variability of δ value is explained.These results are quite different from those in ref.and indicate that only a few rollers bear the radial load.
