摘要
对曲柄连杆式砌块成形机振动装置连杆受力和振动功率进行分析 ,指出其与连杆刚度和支座刚度的关系 ,说明如何选择最优的连杆和支座刚度 ,使连杆受力和振动功率最小。
This paper analyzes the force in the rocker and vibration power of crank and rocker building block moulding machine,and explains the influence of the stiffness of both rocker and support on them.The lowest force and vibration power needed can be obtained by choosing the optimum stiffness of the rocker and support.
