摘要
测量电路的前置级在噪声、带宽、增益等指标方面要求较高,且这些指标相互矛盾,在此情况下如何求得统一,这是电路设计的技巧。本电路在要求指标甚高的情况下,突出主要矛盾,充分利用低噪技术,研制出高性能的测量电路,给出了具体电路调试注意事项及其达到的技术指标。
It is difficult to develop a wide-band low noise preamplifier with a higher gain.This paper discusses the relations and the way to develop a new preamplifier with optimal property by making full use of low noise technology.
