摘要
室温下标准双钙钛矿型氧化物Sr2 FeMoO6中 ,10 %的隧穿型磁电阻现象的发现 ,使得这类A2 B′B″O6氧化物在磁电阻效应实用化研究的众多候选对象中脱颖而出 ,引起了人们相当大的关注。本文通过它们与钙钛矿型ABO3 氧化物材料的类比 ,初步回顾了已有A2 B′B″O6材料的研究成果 ,归纳了该系列材料共同遵循的一些特征 ,并试图阐明对这一大类既有丰富物理内涵 ,又兼备重要应用前景的双钙钛矿型氧化物材料进行研究的有益方法 。
The discovery of intergrain magnetoresistance in Sr 2FeMoO 6 as high as 10% at room temperature (300K), made a wide serial A 2B′B″O 6 double perovskite materials attracted considerable interests from both practical and theoretical fields. Comparing with the explicitly studied ABO 3 perovskite materials, some achieved experimental and theoretical results were reviewed and discussed in this paper. From the previous achievements, we try to uncover the common points underlying them. Meanwhile we also promoted beneficial exploring method, trying to show some feasible investigation directions as well as possible ways.
