摘要
用金相分析、X射线衍射、扫描电镜及力学性能测试分析了进口、国产及准贝氏体铸钢链轨架材质的组织及力学性能。数据表明 ,准贝氏体铸钢链轨架具有高强、可焊、耐磨等特点 。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of the chain guide frame made of imported and home made materials as well as products meta bainited casting steel were investigated by mears of optical microscop (OM)?X ray phase analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and mechanical testing.The results show that meta bainited casting steel has excellent properties such as strength, welding, wear resistance and can properly replace the imported casting steel.
