摘要
啤酒发酵控制系统中 ,温度点数占整个系统硬件I/O点数的 30 % ,为了降低系统成本 ,研制了一种智能化的多路高精度测温仪 ,仪器利用多路切换、数据拟合、软件校正、标准电阻器等技术消除了铂电阻非线性、连接导线电阻等的影响 ,提高了仪器测量准确度 ,同时仪器具有网络接口 ,实现了低成本、多通道。
Temperature points occupies 30% total hardware input and output points in brewage ferment control system,in order to reduce the control system cost, develops a high precision multi-channel intelligent thermoscope is intraduced which can eliminate the influence of wire resistance and nonlinear character of platinum resist or by multiplexing-switch,data fitting,software correction,standard resist or etc.,it has high measurement precision,network interface,can carry out low cost ,multi-channel,high precision temperature measurement.
