摘要
超辐射发光二极管（ＳＬＤ）和超短脉冲飞秒激光是光学相干层析（ＯＣＴ）的理想光源．实验中，ＳＬＤ光源的边峰效应，造成了ＯＣＴ图像的模糊，本文采用一阶近似的方法，对图像进行了处理，获得了清晰的层析组织结构图；文中还提出出现边峰的原因是器件本身所致，模拟结果与实验相符．
The superluminescent diode (SLD) and ultrashort laser are the ideal light source for OCT. In this paper, a simple method was used to eliminate the edge effect of SLD, and obtain clear image of Tomography Structure. The reason of the edge effect of SLD is multimode distribution when it work in the high output power. The theoretical simulating results are agreed with that of experimental measurement.
