摘要
利用国产磁光玻璃材料、发光二极管LED以及光电二极管PIN,制成了一套磁光式无源传感器,用来测量脉冲电流。这套测量设备的上升时间为300ns,可用来记录雷放电电流、等离子体实验中的脉冲电流及高功率脉冲装置中的电流。
In order to alleviate the electromagnetic interference and electrical isolation problems , we have, using domestically produced materials and components, developed a magneto-optical current sensor system for the measurements of pulsed current in a Z-pinch plasma device. The current sensor was built on the basis of Faraday rotation and constructed entirely with dielectric materials. It consists of, mainly, a magneto-optical glass piece , a LED and a PIN Photodetector. The system has a response time of approximately 300ns, sensitivity of 2kA/ V and dynamic range of 1 kA to 45kA. It can be readily employed for measuring pulsed current in various applications such as lightning currents, plasma current and currents produced in various pulsed power facilities. When employed in an electrically noisy environment it yields very elean result with, practically, no EMI effect.
