摘要
采用冷冻处理方法 ,经 - 2 2℃处理 2h后 ,各虫态的巴西豆象校正死亡率达 1 0 0 % ;采用干热处理方法 ,经 5 5℃处理 1h或 6 0℃处理 0 .5h后 ,各虫态的巴西豆象校正死亡率达1 0 0 % ;采用热水浸泡处理方法 ,经 5 0℃处理 1h或 5 2℃处理 0 .5h后 ,各虫态的巴西豆象校正死亡率达 1 0 0 %。但采用冷藏处理方法 ,经 0 5℃处理 1 92h ,仍不能全部杀死各虫态的巴西豆象。
adjustment mortality of all stages of Mexican bean weevil were obtained by freeze treatment at-22℃ for 2h,or heat air treatment at 55℃ for lh or at 60℃ for 0.5h,the same result was obtained after heat water treatment at 50℃ for lh or at 52℃ for 0.5h.But all stages of the pest could not be killed entirely after cold storage treatment at 0.5℃ for 192h.
