7—12岁女性儿童的颅上颌复合体深度变化的纵向研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的 研究混合牙列期的颅上颌复合体的深度变化规律。方法  19名女性儿童中 ,10人从 7岁开始 ,另 9人从 9岁开始 ,她们每年被拍摄头颅侧位片一次 ,并连续观察 4年。 7— 10岁组和 9— 12岁组分别作纵向研究。两个组有 9— 10岁的重叠期 ,将它们的结果结合起来进行混合纵向分析 ,从而了解整个 7— 12岁的生长发育规律。采用SPSS 8 0软件统计处理数据。结果 观察期内全颅底长度和面中部深度继续生长 ,而其中的某些部位的深度变化又各有其特点。结论 研究结果有利用于确定上颌深度不调的最佳治疗时机 。 Objective To find the laws of depth growth of craniomaxillary complex in children with mixed dentition. Method 19 female children were yearly observed with cephalometric film in 4 successive years, of whom 10 children started at 7 years old while the others at age of 9. The two groups were longitudinally studied, which both included children of 9-10 years old, All data were treated with SPSS 8.0 software. Results In the observation period, the whole depth of cranial base and middle face continually grew. Some regions among them had their own growing characters. Conclusion The results would help to thoose the optimum treatment timefor the disharmony of maxillary depth and to get stable effects.
