摘要
目的 评价导尿管助插器在导尿术及尿道会师术中的临床应用效果。方法 1986年 6月至1999年 6月 ,对 90 0例老年男性病人采用导尿管助插器辅助插导尿管及 2 2例男性后尿道断裂伤病人应用导尿管助插器辅助行尿道会师术 ,并观察其成功率。结果 上述病人插管成功率为 10 0 %,无一例发生并发症。结论 导尿管助插器是导尿管插入困难病例的一种有效辅助器械。
Objective To evaluate clinical effects of the intubating catheter helper(ICH) in the catheaterization and reconstruction of the urethra.Methods Successful rates of the intubation catheter with ICH were observed in 900 cases of aged male and 22 male patients with posterior urethral rupture during June,1986 to June,1999.Results The successful rate of the intubations was 100% no complication was found.Conclusion ICH is an effective auxiliary instrument in the management of urethral intubation difficulties.
