摘要
目的 研究口腔矫治器对鼾症和OSAS患者打鼾的治疗作用 ,并探讨打鼾和呼吸功能紊乱的相互关系。方法 选取鼾症患者 4名 ,OSAS患者 15名 ,分别于戴用下颌前移口腔矫治器前后记录鼾声 ,比较治疗前后鼾声强度的变化 ,并将治疗前鼾声强度与呼吸功能紊乱指标进行相关分析。结果 戴用矫治器后 ,18人的鼾声强度降低 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,1人鼾声无明显变化 ,有效率为 94 7%。治疗前鼾声强度与呼吸紊乱的严重程度以及肥胖程度正相关 (p <0 .0 5 ) ,而与年龄没有关系。结论 下颌前移类口腔矫治器可以减轻鼾症和OSAS患者的打鼾 。
Objective To compare the snoring sound level in patients with snoring or OSAS before and after oral appliance treatment,and evaluate the relationship between snoring sound and respiratory disturbance.Method 4 patients with snoring and 15 with OSAS were treated with oral appliances. Snoring sound before and after appliance insertion were recorded and compared. Correlation analysis was performed between snoring level and respiratory disturbance.Results Snoring sound level was significant reduced in 18 patients. Significant relationship existed between snoring sound and respiratory disturbance, but not age. Conclusion Oral appliances were able to relieve snoring sound in snoring or OSAS patents. Moreover snoring became more sever as respiratory disturbance worsened.
