摘要
目的 观察紫外线照射充氧液体疗法 (UDIO)对慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)病人血清细胞因子的影响。方法 对经UDIO疗法治疗的病人 36例及对照组 34例 ,检测治疗前、后血清细胞因子白细胞介素 - 1(IL - 1)、白细胞介素 - 8(IL - 8)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF)的含量及疗效。 结果 UDIO组治疗后疗效优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,IL - 1、IL - 8和TNF含量明显降低 ,对照组变化不明显 ,两组相比有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 UDIO疗法可降低COPD病人血清细胞因子IL -1、IL - 8和TNF的含量 ,提高治疗效果。
Objective To explore the effect of ultraviolet drug-solution irradiation and oxygenation(UDIO) on serum cytokin in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 36 cases of COPD were continuously treated with UDIO for 10 days.Serum interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF) content were determined before and after the treatments and the therapeutic effects were compared.Results The therapeutic effects were found better in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).IL-1,IL-8 and the TNF content decreased markedly in the treatment,while no obvious changes occurred in the control group.The differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion UDIO can effectively reduce IL-1,IL-8 and TNF contents in patients with COPD and improve the curative effects.
