摘要
应用多种抗疟药物治疗恒河猴肝囊原虫血症 ,初步筛选出对肝囊原虫血症有疗效的药物。实验结果表明 ,蒿甲醚和奎宁对猴外周血液中的肝囊原虫配子体有一定的抑制和杀灭作用 ,能暂时缓解或消除猴的原虫血症。通过对猴在服药前后的血液生化指标变化的测试表明 ,实验所用药物对猴没有产生不良影响。
Antiperiodics was weed to treatment the Hepatocystis of monkeys and the other available drugs were evaluated for Hepatocystis treatment. The results showed that the artenether and quinine can inhibit the gamonic of Hepatocystis in monkeys' blood. Monkeys were not observed to have the side reaction after taking those medicines.
