摘要
分析测定了福建产的高粱泡果实营养成分及其种子油脂肪酸组分。结果表明 :其果实含总酸量高 ,达 3 37%,蛋白质含量为 6 81%,氨基酸为 6 33g/ 10 0 g .DW ,必需氨基酸占氨基酸总量的2 5 81%;SOD含量高达 2 75 0 3u/g .FW ;矿质元素含量丰富 ,尤其是Fe、Zn等 ;种子油以不饱和脂肪酸为主 ,其中亚油酸 (5 1 7%~ 5 2 2 %)、α 亚麻酸 (33 1%~ 34 8%)和油酸 (6 4 %~ 8 5 %)较丰富。此外 ,含丰富粗脂肪、糖类、维生素等营养物质。高粱泡资源丰富、营养价值和医疗保健作用高 ,具有较大的开发利用潜力。
This paper dealt with analysis of nutrient constituents of Rubus lambertianus Ser.fruit and its fatty acid compositions of seed oil from Fujian Province.The result showed that the fruit is rich in total acid(3.37%),in protein(6.81%)and in amino acid(6.33 mg/100g.DW),contains 25.81% of essential amino acids.SOD content of the fruit is up to 273.05 u/g.FW.Mineral elements are abundant,especially Fe,Zn.The fatty acids in seed oil were analysed by GC,the major components were linoleic acid(51.7%~52.2%),linolenic acid(33.1%~ 34.8%) and oleic acid(6.4%~8.5%).In addition,fat,sugar and vitamin are also abundant in the fruit,Thus the fruit is of value in nourishment and in health protection,and of potential value in exploitation and utilization.
