摘要
通过对乙醇提取藜蒿黄酮各影响因素的研究 ,用正交实验探讨较好的提取方案。实验表明 :15倍于物料的 70 %的乙醇在 5 0℃以上温度下提取 6h为最佳工艺。
Different factors determining the content of flavone in alcohol extracts has been studied in this paper.The optimum method was obtained by means of Orthogonal Design.Experiment result shows that 15 times Artemisia selengensis Turcz.of alcohol water solution(70%W/W),at 50 ℃ for 6 hours is the best condition to extract the flavone in Artemisia selengensis Turcz.
