摘要
结合CY-3.5G铲运机研制工作的实际,对铲运机液压系统设计中有关使用转向蓄能器、变量柱塞泵和手动泵松闸系统等问题,以及工作液历系统流显对铲运机生产能力的影响进行了分析讨论得出了在铲运机液压系统中不宜采用柱塞泵和转向蓄能器等结论,否定了国外常用的制动器手动泵松闸系统,同时还对铲运机液压系统的可靠性设计进行了初步探讨。
Combined with the development of CY-3.5G scraper, the paper analyzes the applicationof the steering accumulator, variable plunger pump and manual pump release brakesystem to the hydraulic system of a scraper and the influence of the hydraulic workingsystem on the capacity of the scraper, and comes to the conclusions of which the usingplunger pump and steering accumulator, has negated the manual pump release brakesystem in common use at abroad. Meanwhile, the paper also makes a elementaryapproach to the reliability design of the hydraulic system of a scraper.
