摘要
以不同活力的高冰草种子为材料 ,研究了在 15℃渗调温度下PEG不同处理浓度、不同处理时间对种子活力的影响。结果表明 ,PEG渗透处理自然贮藏 8年活力降低的高冰草种子效果显著 ,发芽速度明显提高 ,种苗质量得到改善 ,在PEG处理浓度 10 %、处理时间 2 4h和 4 8h时效果最好。
High wheatgrass seeds with different vigour levels were treated with PEG-6000 at common treatment temperature (15℃), different treatment concentration and different treatment times. The result showed that effects of PEG pretreatment were noticeable for promoting the seed vogour. Optimal PEG soaking concentration time were 10% and 24h or 28h for high wheatgrass seeds stored for 8 years.
