摘要
通过分析综合有关焊接残余应力的试验和理论计算以及脆断评定资料,讨论了 PWR 压力容器安全评定中应采用的焊接残余应力值的大小;同时还给出了计算表面裂纹弹性应力强度因子的方法。
In this paper,the acceptable level of welding residual stresses in avaluation of the safety to prevent the brittle fracture of PWR pressure vesselsis shown by the basis of analysis and summary data relating to weldingresidual stress measurements and ealculations.The method of determininglinear elastic stress intensity factor of a surface flaw in PWR pressurevessels is given in the meantime.
