摘要
本文简述了国内外作物种质资源保存现状与发展趋势。指出完善作物种质资源保存的国家体系及法规建设 ,保障种质库 (圃 )的运转经费和加强安全保存技术研究 。
This paper gives a brief introduction to the current status and developmental trend of crop germplasm resources worldwide for ex situ conservation. It is pointed out that certain considerations need to be given priority, because they are important and urgent to ensure safe conservation and use of germplasm in China, first, to establish a China National Conservation System to organize and coordinate the activities for the germplasm conservation. The second consideration is to draw up the rules and regulations for germplasm management. A third consideration is to provide funds for running of genebanks. The fourth consideration is to strengthen research on conservation technology.
