摘要
以粉煤灰漂珠、硅灰为主要原料 ,采用溶胶—凝胶工艺制备的HG型复合绝热材料最高使用温度1000℃ ,平均温度632.7℃时导热系数为0.03558W/(m·K),耐水性好。文中对硅酸凝胶制备中溶液的pH值、硅灰加入量。
The HG model compound thermal insulation material which uses fly ash pearl and volatilized silica as main raw material and sol-gel process,has max.using temperature of 1000 ℃,heat conductivity of 0.03558 W/(m·K) at average temperature of 632.7 ℃ and good resistance to water .The influence factors to microstructure of the material,such as solusion pH value,adding quantity of volatilized silica,gel ageing and draft filtering time during preparation of silicate gel have been analyzed in this paper.
