按照有关部门对民用建筑节能的要求 ,根据湖北省气候特点及对湖北省城乡住宅进行抽样调查的结果 。
According to the demand to the civilian building established by the departments of country,as well as climate features and the investigation results about the residences in Hubei province,presents some energy efficency designing principles and methods about well-to-do residences in Hubei province.
