This paper presents the design and major features of passive safetysystems for AC-600,operations of those systems in several hypothetical acci-dents of the plant,and makes the comparison between the passive safetysystems of AC-600 and the engineering safety systems of ordinary PWR onthe aspects of safety and reliability.
