摘要
定量分析了合金相的溶解析出规律 ,探讨了不同热处理制度对合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明 :合金中γ′相和碳化物相的析出峰分别在 70 0℃和 85 0℃左右 ,其大量溶解进入固溶体的温度分别为大于 1 0 2 0℃和大于 1 0 0 0℃ ,合金较为合适的热处理制度为 1 0 80℃× 8h ,空冷 (或水冷 ) + 70 0℃× 1 6h ,空冷或 1 0 80℃× 8h ,空冷 (或水冷 ) + 85 0℃× 2 4h ,空冷+ 70 0℃× 1 6h 。
The rule of solution and precipitation of phases has been quantitatively analyzed and the influence of different methods for heat treatment on the structure and mechanical properties of GH80A alloy has been studied.The results showed that precipitation peaks of γ′ phase and carbides in alloy occurred separately at about 700℃ and 850℃ and a great quantity of them were soluted into solid solution over 1020℃ and 1000℃ respectively.The preferred method of heat treatment for GH80A alloy is shown as:1080℃×8h air or water cooling +700℃×16h air cooling or 1080℃×8h air or water cooling +850℃×24h air cooling +700℃×16h air cooling.
