摘要
乳腺增生病属于中医学“乳癖”范畴。讨论针刺调和冲任法治疗乳腺增生病的体会。在复习古代文献和现代医学资料的基础上 ,从生理病理、经络联系、临床表现等方面阐述乳腺增生病与冲任、月经的密切关系 ;介绍采用针刺调和冲任法治疗本病的临床体会和初步研究结果 ,提示本法对调节雌、孕激素失衡状态 ,恢复乳腺组织正常增殖和复旧过程起着良好作用。
Hyperplasia of mammary glands is in the category of “Ru Pi” of TCM. The main order of this study is to discuss the application of acupuncture harmonizing Chong and Ren channels in hyperplasia of mammary glands. On the base of the ancient and modern medical documents, explore the relationship among Hyperplasia of mammary glands.Chong and Ren channels and menstruum in physiology, pathology,meridian and clinic symptoms. Introduce the clinical experiences to this treatment method. The results showed good effects of the method on regulating estrogen and progesterone level, restoring mammary glands to normally proliferate and renew.
