摘要 目的 :探讨血浆一氧化氮 (NO)浓度与抑郁症之间的关系。 方法 :采用硝酸还原酶法对34例抑郁症患者血浆 NO浓度进行检测 ,并与正常对照组比较。 结果 :抑郁症患者血浆 NO浓度为(2 0 .79± 12 .80 )μm ol/ L ,低于正常对照组 (30 .6 8± 13.5 6 )μmol/ L ,差异有显著性 ,治疗前后差异无显著性。血浆 NO浓度与年龄、病程和家族史等无相关性。 结论 :血浆 NO可能在抑郁症的发病机制中起一定作用。 Objective: To explore the relationship between depression and plasma nitric oxide (NO) level. Method:Plasma NO levels were measured in 34 depressive patients and 53 controls. Results:PlasmaNO level in the depression group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: NO might play a role in the pathogenesis of depression.
