摘要
目的 评价rhEPO(商品名益比奥 )对健康献血者自身贮血过程中红细胞的动员作用。方法 采用rhE PO 15 0U/kg皮下注射 2次 /周 ,观察自体贮血 6 0 0ml后Hb、Ret、Hct指标的变化。结果 rhEPO用药组较对照组Hb、Hct、Ret都有明显升高。结论 rhEPO在自身贮血过程中可以促进体内红细胞动员 ,增加自身贮血量 。
Objective To study the of rhEPO in mobilizing red blood cells during self blood donation in healthy donors.Method rhEPO were injected into volunteers 150u/kg twice a week. After 600ml of whole blood was donated, the following items were tested: Hb, Hct, Ret, Plt, and blood pressure.Result Hb,Hct and Ret of rhEPO group were significatly higher than the control group.Conclusion Application of rhEPO can mobilize young red blood cells into blood, increase the self donating capacity, reduce the anemia tendency after self donation.
