摘要
对昆明种小白鼠腹腔注射新感冒灵 -S注射液进行了急性毒性研究 ,选择 5 48 2 ,2 19 3和 10 9 6mg/kg 3个剂量组 ,与阴性和阳性对照组进行了小白鼠骨髓微核试验。以改进寇氏法测得新感冒灵 -S注射液的小白鼠腹腔注射LD5 0为 10 96 476mg/kg ,LD5 0的可信限为 130 4 6 0 8～ 92 5 80 6mg/kg ,表明了新感冒灵 -S注射液毒性低 ,小白鼠骨髓微核试验为阴性反应 ,表明了新感冒灵
The acute toxicity and micronucleus test of NEO COLDENIN S injection were studied in mice. The intraperitoneal LD50 of NEO COLDENIN S injection was 1096 476mg/kg. The micronucleus test of NEO COLDENIN S injection was carried out by intraperitoneal injection at the dose of 548 2, 219 3 and 109 6mg/kg, respectively. The result shows the toxicity of NEO COLDENIN S injection is low and has no mutation.
