摘要
该文讨论了目前在实验室最流行的信号发生器——函数信号发生器的工作原理、调试与维修的方法。以集成电路 ICL80 38为核心构成的函数信号发生器为例 ,阐明了其工作原理、调试方法 ,且详细分析了各种故障的原因及消除方法。
This paper discusses the principle, adjustment and maintenance of function signal generator that is the most popular in laboratory. Taking the function signal generator whose nucleus is the integrated circuit chip ICL8038 as an example, the author describes the principle and adjustment method of the instrument, and also analyses reason and elimination of various faults.
