摘要
研究了以氢醌为原料，用过氧化氢和盐酸氧化加成合成四氯－１，４－苯醌，其适宜的工艺条件为：反应温度９０～１００℃，反应时间３～４ｈ，原料配比（质量比）：ｍ（氢醌）：ｍ（３５％～３７％盐酸）：ｍ（３０％过氧化氢）＝１：１０．７：１．６４，少量表面活性剂作助溶剂。产物用水和乙醇洗涤，四氯－１，４－苯醌收率为７５％，产品熔点为２９０～２９３℃，纯度≥９８％。
Tetra-chloro-1, 4-quinone was synthesized by oxidization of hydroquinol with hydrogen peroxide and addition of hydrochloric acid. The yield of tetra-chloro-1, 4-quinone is 75%,the purity is ≥98%.
