硅橡胶膜生物反应器降解甲苯的细胞生长动力学 被引量:10

Growth Kinetics of the Bacterium Used in a Silicone Rubber Membrane Bioreactor to Biodegrade the Toluene as an Organic Pollutant in Wastewater

摘要 用新型硅橡胶膜生物反应器和假单孢菌(Pesudomonas putida mt-2)作为降解微生物,研究了溶解于废水中的甲苯的生物降解。实验测定了废水中甲苯的浓度,培养液中的细胞浓度和溶解氧浓度等。根据废水中甲苯浓度变化计算出的甲苯降解率在废水对培养液流量比为200/100mL h-1时达到93%,根据细胞浓度变化和甲苯浓度变化计算出的细胞比产率在流量比为30/100mL h-1时达到0.00221OD660 (mg L-1) -1。对细胞生长情况进行的分析表明,Monod方程难于描述这种反应器中的细胞生长动力学表现。在关于膜传质动力学问题研究的基础上,通过质量平衡方法构造了一个关于细胞生长的反应动力学模型,用模型进行的细胞生长理论计算与实验结果有较高的吻合程度。 The biodegradation of toluene as an organic pollutant in a synthetic wastewater was studied by means of a well-designed silicone rubber membrane bioreactor and Pesudomonas putida mt-2 as the degrader. The concentrations of toluene in the wastewater and the cultivating liquor, bacterial cell concentration (in optical density OD660) and dissolved oxygen in the liquor were experimentally measured. The utilization efficiencies of toluene by the cell and the cell yields on toluene were calculated under varied flow rates of the wastewater to the liquor. The situation of cell growth in the bioreactor was analyzed and evaluated. The maximum degradation efficiency and cell yield were 93% and 0.00221OD660&middot(mg&middotL-1)-1, respectively. A mathematical simulation of the cell growth under the experimental conditions was given and well agreed with the practical tests.
