摘要
研究了 5 -溴 -吡啶偶氮 - 5 -二乙氨基酚 ( 5 - Br- PADAP)与 Eu( )的显色反应和光度性质 ,并探讨了其最佳光度分析条件。在 p H5 .0的乙酸盐缓冲溶液中 ,Eu( )与试剂形成了配位比为 1∶ 1的深红色二元配合物 ,配合物的最大吸收峰位于5 5 9nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为 7.8× 1 0 4 L· mol- 1· cm- 1。
The colour reaction of Europium(Ⅲ) with reagent 5 (Br Pyridinelazo) 5 diethyl aminophenol was studied. The experiment results demonstrated that the scarlet binary complex was found to be formed in pH 5.0 acetate buffer solution, the mole ratio of the complex is Eu(Ⅲ) : 5 Br PADAP= 1∶1. The maximal absorption of the complex is at 559nm with a apparent mole absorptivity of 7.8×10 4 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer's law is obeyed over the range of 0~20.0 μg/25 mL.
