聚苯酰亚胺树脂非多孔微球亲和色谱固定相基体的合成 被引量:2

Synthesis of Non-porous Microsphere of Poly ( p-Phenylenterephthalamide) (PPTA) Used as the Matrix of Affinity Chromatography Stationary Phase

摘要 本文选用乳液缩聚法合成了 3~ 5 μm的聚苯酰亚胺树脂非多孔微球 ,用作新型高效液相亲和色谱固定相的基体。与多孔微球基体相比 ,这种非多孔微球基体缩短了生物大分子的保留时间 。 By using emulsion polycondensation method, p phenylenediamine reacts with terephthaloyl chloride in the solution of water and tetrahydratefuron with the existence of Span 85 and Tween 80 to produce poly ( p Phenyleneterephthalamide)(PPTA). The reaction parameters, such as HLB, monomer concentration, stirring velocity and reaction time, are optimized through experiments. The 3~5 μm PPTA non porous microspheres shows good property when they are used as the matrix of affinity chromatography stationary phase.
