摘要
推导了弧形连铸机的连续矫直曲线的 cornu式。其一阶近似为工程上广泛应用的 Concast公式 ,同时证明半分点性质 ,可用于连续矫直曲线的位置设定。应用本文公式对邯钢引进的 CSP连铸机连续矫直段进行计算 ,得到与实际完全一致的结果。
The paper has derived the formula Cornu of continuous straightening curve for s type machine. The derivation is similar to the formula concast widely used in engineering. And the centre point can be used for position setting of the curve.The formula has been used to calculate the continuous straightening section of the import CSP caster in Hangang Steel. The value obtained shows the same as the given CSP data.
