摘要
为了解中间包大量发生裂纹的原因 ,利用有限元方法对中间包壳体的应力场进行了分析 ,计算了不同情况下的中间包壳体的应力分布 ,比较了载荷和结构对中间包壳体应力分布的影响 ,结合现场实际情况提出改进措施。现场实际使用证明其效果良好。
The FEM models of tundish shell are established and hot stress analysis is performed in order to find out the reasons for occurring crack in tundish shell.Hot stress field of tundish shell under different conditions is calculated and the effect of the loading and structure on hot stress field of tundish shell are also compared. The valuable measures are given based on the conditions on site.
