摘要
在过去20年里质量管理开展的很多活动成效甚微,究其原因是因为很多公司未能花时间去深刻理解成功所必需的一些概念,所以对它们的资源造成浪费或应用不足。有些管理人员对它们采用的计划未作深入研究,因而缺乏实施基础。本文在分析质量管理的发展历程和现状的基础上预测了质量管理发展的趋势。
In the last 20 years, much activities of quality management achieve little.On the grounds of the companies spent little time on understanding the concept to success, as a result, resources was wasted and scarce. Some management didn’t care a lot about their project that lead to lack of foundation. In this paper, the author analysis the development and present situation and forecast the tendency of quality management.
