培养液pH值对喜树幼苗生长与SOD活性、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:14

摘要 本研究确定适宜喜树幼苗生长的 p H值 ,结果表明 ,幼苗根际 p H值对叶片内不同 ,叶片叶绿素、游离脯氨酸含量与 SOD活性均存在着一定的差异 ,当培养液的 p H为 5 .5~ 6.5时叶片中叶绿素含量最高 ,SOD活性最强 ,游离脯氨酸含量最低 ,初步认为 5 .5~ 6.5是喜树幼苗适宜的 p Camptotheca acuminata seedlings cultured i n solu tions under different pH conditions were studied in terms of growth, SOD activit y and the content of free proline and chlorophll, with a view to identifying the most suitable pH value for the seedling production. Results indicate that the l eaf SOD activity and the content of free proline and chlorophyll differed marked ly with the solution pH value. When the pH value ranged from 5.5 to 6.5, the SOD activity and the content of chlorophyll were at the highest level, whereas the content of free proline was at its lowest level. This is highly comparable with the seedling height growth and biomass increment. Therefore, it is concluded tha t cultural solutions with pH values of 5.5-6.5 are the most desirable for Camp totheca acuminata seedlings.
